She was predeceased by: her husband John; her sisters, Edie and Vera; and her parents, Harry and Lily.

She is survived by: her daughters, Jill (Jason) of Vernon, BC and Kari (Sam) of Victoria, BC; and her sister Marj Carter. She is also survived by extended family and many close friends.
