He is survived by: his wife Patricia Rose Lewis (Cranmer); his children, Carol Lewis (David), Colleen Hazell (Gary) and Gary Lewis; his stepchildren, Bill (Linda) and Kim Cranmer (Alain); his niece Helen (Anderson); his nephew Tony (Robinson); and his half-brother David (Wood).
