He was predeceased by: his wife Karen; his uncle Bordon Berschley (Bucky); and his cousin Damien Marks. He is survived by: his parents, Julia Berschley and John Clinton Kennedy; his sons, Bryce Kennedy and Garth Foulkes; his aunts, Natalie Hemingway (Pete McIntosh), Orysia Berschley and Mona Hill; and his uncle Bill Hill. He is also survived by numerous cousins and close friends.

In lieu of flowers Collins request was that donations be made to Cance Care Manitoba or North Okanagan Hospice Society in Vernon, British Columbia.
