It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ann Mary Porteous (Vernon, British Columbia), born in Lumby, British Columbia, who passed away on August 23, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill Adams and Evelyn Adams; her sister Patsy; and her son Keith. She is survived by: her significant other Clive; her daughter Kathy Newman Kelly (Barry); her siblings, Margaret Schmidt and Bill Adams Jr. (Cindy); her grandchildren, Jessica Hoyte Jamie (Deryk), Montana Cumming Chandler (Conor), Shelby and Domenik Porteous; and her great grandchild Jackson Ellison. She is also survived by numerous nieces/nephews, cousins and dear friends.

She was the foundation upon which an endless amount of love was built.
