He is survived by: his wife Ann Hinkle; his sons, Daoud Hinkle (Michelle) and Ian Hinkle (Molli); his grandchildren, Jaqi Hinkle, Ben Hinkle and Finn Hinkle; his sisters, Ellen Hinkle Sowers and Cyndee Hinkle Lohr; his niece Kim Sowers Rangel (Todd); his nephew Alan Sowers; and his cousins, Paul Hinkle and Mark Hinkle.
