Ruth Ann Benner Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Ann Benner (Vancouver, British Columbia), who passed away on July 22, 2024, at the age of 50, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her daughter Kassandra of Ottawa; her sibling Russell (Janice) of London, ON.; her parents, Sandra and George; her grandmother Rose Rusznica; and her aunt Debbie Smith.

She is survived by: her children, Danaka of Vancouver, BC, Jacob of Ottawa, ON. and Jonathan of Ottawa, ON.; her aunts and uncles, Frank (Ada), Richard (Georgia), Melvin (Margaret), Glenda (Garry), Gary (June), Beverly (Larry), Claude (Pam), Claudette and Wayne (Cathy); and her cousin Ruth Ann.

In lieu of flowers, Danaka and her family have requested donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation in Ruth Ann's memory.
