He is survived by: his children, Amanda Pitcher (Craig) and Jordan Parker (Stephanie Collison); his siblings, Carol Schmitt (Steve), Diana Mould (Jamie), Terry Fomenoff (Jack) and Dave Parker (Kris Szabo); and his stepsisters, Paulette Jonasson and Sandra De Vooght. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
