With solemn reverence, we commemorate Patricia Mary (Stevens) Medelko of Vancouver, British Columbia, whose life came to an end on March 25, 2025 at the age of 92, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

Though Patricia Mary may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Patricia Mary touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

She is survived by: her daughters, Donna Kondro (Eugene) and Sherry Cameron (Scott); her granddaughter Melissa Ambrus (Adam); her great grandchildren, Caleb, Nicholas and Levi; her grandchild Kyle Kondro; her great grandchild Langston; and her granddaughters, Alisha Lindsay and Kristen Guerrero (Oscar). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
