He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Tom and Phoebe; his siblings, Ken, Art and Marjorie; his sons, Bob and Jim; his daughters-in-law, Lila and Donna; his grandchildren, Robb and Joel; his great grandchild Rhyanna; his sister-in-law Jeanette; and also Doug.

Shortly after, some cases of the COVID were found in Malaspina and all visits were curtailed.
