He was predeceased by: his wife Alfonsa; his daughter Nancy; and his father You'll. He is survived by: his sons, Joe (Maria), Ray (Sunisa) and Dario (Bruna). He is also survived by eight grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Francis of Assisi Parish (2025 Napier St, Vancouver, BC V5L2N8).
