He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Ford and Alma Ford; his former wife Eva; and his siblings, Fred (Pauline), Kathleen (John), Margaret and Madeline (Doug).

He is survived by: his wife Sue (Susan Elizabeth Ford); his children, Susan Lynn, Doug (Alyson) and Nancy (Mark); his granddaughters, Hayley, Riley, Caitlin and Chelsea; and his sister Florence. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life will be held on Friday, April 4th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Capilano Golf & Country Club (420 Southborough Dr, West Vancouver, BC V7S1M2).

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Canadian Heart and Stroke Foundation in memory of Ed Ford.
