She was predeceased by: her parents, Ida and George; and her sister Dulcy. She is survived by: her siblings, Patsy, Hessy, Daisy and Lancy. She is also survived by ten nieces and nephews and their children.

Crissy was awarded The Queen Elizabeth 's Golden Jubilee Medal commemorating her Majesty's 50th Anniversary in recognition of her outstanding and exemplary contribution to Canada.
