It is with great sadness that we announce the unexpected death of Brian Arni Sigurdson (Vanderhoof, BC), born in Prince George, BC, on August 31, 1968 to Bob & Alice.
Brian who passed away peacefully on February 2, 2025, at the age of 56, in Vancouver, BC
Brian took pride in his work as a heavy duty mechanic for over 30 years. Brian loved his family and they spent lots of time in the back country, quadding, camping, fishing and hunting. Where there was mud Brian was in it and his family followed. Brian was an all in kind of guy at helping others when asked no matter the task. He had a profound love for his family.
Brian leaves behind his wife Cindy (Peters), stepdaughter Jamie Peters, twins Isabella and Norman. His mom Alice, mother-in-law Cheryl Peters. Siblings Kim (Quinn) & Todd (Carmen), nephew Ryan along with great nephews Brendon Wilson, Kaleb & Owen. Step niece Charlene (Brian) Numerous relatives and friends. Brian is preceased by his father Bob and step nephew Billy
A Celebration of life will take place at a later date.
