He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Watters and Mary Watters. He is survived by: his significant other Annie; his daughters, Annalisa Watters, Christine Katzel (Bryson), Leah Mihalchan (Scott) and Sandra Campbell (Steve); his grandchildren, Evan, Charlie, Annie and Layla; his great grandchildren, Charlotte and Mila; and his cousins, Robin Watters and Terry Waters. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
