He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Rust and Loretta Rust. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Cleveland; his children, Renee Rust (Jason), Carter Rust (Mandy), Lee Cleveland (Solita) and Bonnie Cleveland; his grandchildren, Mataya, Jayda, Layne and Jessica; and his sister Debbie McCaffrey (Terry).
