He was predeceased by: his father Tom Hall; his father-in-law Bill Van Horn; and his grandmother Annette Hall. He is survived by: his wife Christy; his mother Lorette Hall; his mother-in-law Lynn Van Horn; his grandfather-in-law Pat McCammon; his brother Bruce (Daunne); his siblings-in-law, Lori Loset (David) and Jason Van Horn; his cousins, David Wreggitt (Darcy), John Wreggitt, Jean Tejkel (Gerhart) and Myrna Fox (Paul); his friends, Norm, Patti Schwegler, Dean and Rachele Bouvier; and his caregivers, Melody, Loretta and Dana.
