He was predeceased by: his parents, Andries Oldenkamp and Trudy Oldenkamp. He is survived by: his wife Heather; his siblings, John (Maggie) and Cyndy; and his siblings-in-law, Brian Pooley and Sherry Pooley. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and all his friends.
