He is survived by: his wife Sue; his children, Tristen, Malia and Calvin; his father Richard (Karen); his brother Billy; his aunts, Lynda (Jackie), Dawne, Dom, Aida, Donna (Gary) and Andrea (Shawn); his nieces, Makaila and McKenna; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Tristen, Malia and Calvin (Sue).
