He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Betty Ann; his children, Robert (Debbie), Janet, Daniel (Marina) and Joslyn (Sam); his siblings, Gordon (Rita), Bill (Mary) and Bernice; and his parents, Samuel Baxter and Florence Baxter. He was also cherished by 13 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
