She was predeceased by: her adoptive parents, Frank Darby and Gladys Darby. She is survived by: her sons, Joseph Smythe (Jadene) and Scott Smythe (Melissa); her mother Grace; and her grandchildren, Jason, Savannah, Hannah, Annabelle, Joey Jr. and Lylah. She is also survived by many sisters and brothers, as well as nieces and nephews.
