He was predeceased by: his parents, Heinrich Schellenberg and Maria Schellenberg; his sons, Melvin Henry and Douglas Neil; his wife Evangeline Schellenberg (Lena); and his children, Mel Schellenberg (Sue), Darlene Neufeld (Ed) and Doug Schellenberg (Helen).
He is survived by: his friend Valerie Duina. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
