She was predeceased by: her parents, John Barnes and Marjorie Barnes; and her husband Reginald Bassani. She is survived by: her children, Charlotte Petijevich (Milo), Don Bassani (Gail), Ron Bassani, Debbie Naylor (Kerry), Jim Bassani (Heather) and Shirley Troup (James); her sister Joyce Pratico; and her sister-in-law Alice Barnes. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
