He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth "Bette"; his children, Sandra and David (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Mathew (Chantelle), Kyle (Amy) and Emily (Justin); and his great grandchildren, Ryder, Owen, Victoria, Alyson, Tyson, Luke and Henry.
