It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vivian Zonia Dolezsar (Summerland, British Columbia), born in Tway, Saskatchewan, who passed away on March 20, 2025, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. As Vivian departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Vivian may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Vivian leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her husband Louis Francis; her son Kenneth; and her sister Diane. She is survived by: her children, Catherine (Wilfred) of Penticton, Robert of Osoyoos and Patricia (Gord) of Okanagan Falls; and her brother Joseph (Julie) of Saskatoon. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Providence Funeral Home (13205 Rosedale Avenue V0H1Z0). A burial was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 at the Canyon View Cemetery.
