She was predeceased by: her husband John C. Smith; her children, Toni Lee, Terry, Danny and Denise; her grandson Geoffrey; her great grandchildren, Austin and Kalli; her brothers, Vern, Gord and Doug Scott; and her parents, Joseph Scott and Daisy Scott.
She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Anita Smith (late Terry); and her siblings-in-law, Edna Dickinson of Victoria, BC, Dorothy Smith of St. Albert, Alberta, Roy Smith of Vancouver, BC and John Pass of Regina, Sask.. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren and eleven great- grandchildren.
