He is survived by: his wife Darlene Forsdick; his children, Doug Forsdick (Anita) and Cheryl Heynen (David); his granddaughters, Leah Crooks (Corey), Ateya Forsdick (Jacob Logan), Ciara Kendall (David) and Ashley Heynen; his nieces, Susan Tyler and Linda Hart (Simon) of England; his cousin Jan Ferreira of Langley, BC.; and also, Kim Forsdick, Connor Crooks and Barrett Logan.
