He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Polak and Ruth Polak; his brother Arthur Douglas Polak; his nephews, Ron Polak (Sandy), Guy Polak, Brad Polak and Jason Polak (Lindsay); his great-nephew Jasper; his great-niece Phoebe; and his sister-in-law Edna Polak.
In lieu of flowers, if friends or family so desire, memorial donations can be made to Angel Flight East Kootenay, a needful service Len valued greatly.
