He was predeceased by: his daughter Karen Alexander. He is survived by: his wife Diane; his brother Gordon (Joan); his children, Ken Maycock (Carolyn), Kevin Maycock (Kareen), Lori Banner (Len), Jennine Prowse (Shane) and Tracy Gallant (Warren); his grandchildren, Aaron, Brian, Brittany, Sydney, Matt, Chelsea, Kaitlyn, Nicole, Jake, Luke, Ryan, Shaun, Max and Scott; and his great grandchildren, Kinsley, Lucas and Cameron. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests a donation to a minor sports organization or charity of your choice.
