He was predeceased by: his parents, Frieda Newman and Bill Newman; his brother Michael; and his sister-in-law Patsy. He is survived by: his wife Aileen; his children, Shane and Heather; his daughter-in-law Tanya; his grandchildren, Kenadie and Carson; his brother Russel; and his siblings-in-law, Ethel, Janet, Bernice and Tom. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
