He was predeceased by: his daughter Kathy Dawn Frank; and his brother-in-law Mel Messmer. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Foster; his granddaughter Tamia Frank of Vancouver, BC; and his sisters, Jean Messmer of Humboldt, Sandra Elkin (David) of Smithers, B. C., Adele Burynuik (Randy) of Fort Saskatchewan and Alberta. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, great-great nieces and nephews.
