She was predeceased by: her brother George; her nephew Paul; her parents, George Briar and Katherine Briar (Hunt); and her stepson-in-law Dominic.
She is survived by: her children, Judi, Susann, Lance (Kory) and Barbara; her stepdaughters, Carolyn (Rich) and Denise; and her grandchildren, Jordan (Josh), Alix, Delta (MP) of Aliyaho, HP, Adam, Ryan and Michael. She is also survived by four great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Saanich Peninsula Hospital Foundation, Royal Canadian Legion, Mary Winspear Community Christmas Dinner and your local food bank.
