He was predeceased by: his wife Carolyn. He is survived by: his daughter Lee-Ann (Bruce Fong); his grandsons, Logan and Nolin Fong; his stepdaughter Nadine; his grandchildren, Farren, Jarret, Kalten, Ayden, Katelynn, Megan, Faith, Brandon, Austin, Nicholas, Noah and Kasen; and his siblings, Colleen (Gary), Carter (Linda) and Selena.
