He was predeceased by: his parents, Dymetro Kwasney and Mary Kwasney. He is survived by: his sons, Jason (Karen) and Joel (Michelle); his grandchildren, Brooke (Tyrell), Cameron (Lori), Gayle (Tristan), Blake and Hailey; and his wife Hazel.
The family asked that in lieu of flowers that donations can be made in his name to the Heart & Stroke Foundation.
