He was predeceased by: his former wives, Lee and Pam; and his granddaughter Katharine. He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, Janet (Paul), Renata and Chris (Samantha); his grandchildren, Jason (Jenny), Colleen (Chris), Nathan, Julia, Daniel, Annie and Neve; his great grandchildren, Abygaele, Jack, Lochlin, Joshua and Bayley; and his sister Brigitta. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
