He was predeceased by: his parents, Roland Reid and Josephine Reid (Cousins); and his sisters, Thelma Lower and Gladys Warner. He is survived by: his wife Gesa (Schwampe); his children, Terri, Gordon and Brenda; his grandchildren, Anya Zirnhelt (Hayes), Sophia McEwen (Duncan) and Spencer Coulter; and his great grandchild Maverick McEwen.
