She was predeceased by: her parents, Margaret McLean and Percy Gear; and her stepfather Bill Lim. She is survived by: her spouse Jeff Johnson; her children, Kayla (Phil), Krystal (Danny) and Cole (Jesslou); her grandchildren, Cidney, Sunny, King, Kohen, Payten and Ryder; her siblings, Terry Lynn, Donna and Patrick; her half-brother Austin; her stepparents, Sid McLean and Bertha Gear; and also, Ike and Florence Johnson. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
