She was predeceased by: her parents, Sietse Werf and Elizabeth van der Werf; her son Ben; her great grandchild Elliott; and her brother Freddy.
She is survived by: her husband Jeff; her children, Bernice (Michael), Andrew (Bonnie) and Claudine (Craig); and her siblings, Sjoerd (Alma), Vronie and Siepie (Jim). She is also survived by five granddaughters and six great grandchildren.
