He was predeceased by: his parents, Geoffrey O'Brien and Emily O'Brien; and his brother Dan O'Brien. He is survived by: his wife Jean O'Brien; his children, Betty Price (Warren), Eugene O'Brien, Catherine Robillard (Kevin), John O'Brien (Kari) and Michael O'Brien (Sarah); and his brother Bill O'Brien (Lynne).
