He was predeceased by: his parents, Adam and Janet; and his sons-in-law, Marc and Roger. He is survived by: his friend Don; his daughter June Kiessling (late Marc) of Salmon Arm; his grandson Denis; his daughter Caroline Bissat (Christian) of Kamloops; his grandsons, Jonathan and Timothy; his great grandchild Dawn Alstad (Tim); and his grandchildren, Hilary and Liam.

We were taught that the colour of skin doesn't define a person and that charity is a virtue, trust is a foundation and respect is earned.
