Elsie left this world on April 8, 2025 at the age of 104, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, Alex Johnston and Helen Johnston; her husband Arthur Wagner; and her son Barrie. She is survived by: her children, Randy (Wendy) and Cindy Inglis (Sherwood); and her daughter-in-law Marian. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
