He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Baskill and Lena Baskill; his brother Robert Baskill; and his former wife Lavina Baskill. He is survived by: his wife Maxine Phidherney-Baskill; his son-in-law Doug Dyck; his granddaughter Taryn; his children, Cheryl "Sherry" Dyck (Doug) of Salmon Arm, Dan (Bonnie) of Ft St John, BC and Cathy of Chestermere Lake, Alberta.; and his great grandchild Maxine Phidherney-Baskill of Edmonton, Alberta.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Kelowna SPCA, to honour his great love of all creatures great and small.
