It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barrie Mackenzie (Salmon ARM, British Columbia), born in Kelowna, British Columbia, who passed away on July 25, 2023, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his children, Carell Elliott (Cory) of Cranbrook, Scott Fitzgerald of Armstrong and Abbie Fitzgerald of Cranbrook; his grandchildren, Jennalyn, Sadie, Aimee, Brooke, Braeden, Linden, Bree, Colby and Jacob; his great grandchildren, Hayden and Calissa; his sisters, Shelagh Fitzgerald, Alisen Ormiston (Tim) of Vancouver and Leah Tillen of Revelstoke; his daughter Sherry Mackenzie; and his friend Bryon Knoblauch. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
