He was predeceased by: his father Andrew; and his brother Todd. He is survived by: his wife Anita; his children, Sean (Jessica), Kortni (Chris), Trevor and Jason; his grandchildren, Ethan, Denver, Summer and Violet; his mother Sharon; his stepmother Donna; and his brothers, Andy and Elliott. He is also survived by numerous friends and family.
