He is survived by: his wife Maria Petruic of Richmond, BC; his daughter Heather Petruic (Chris Dooley) of Calgary, AB; his siblings, Linda Ireland of Toronto, ON and Geoff Petruic (Donna Petruic) of Calgary, AB; and his nieces and nephews, Kelly Doyle, Tim Doyle, Bob Ireland, Aaron Petruic, Dawn Canapi Petruic, Natalie Petruic, Rianna Jetal Petruic and Nicole Petruic.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the local food bank in Pete's memory.
