In the vast expanse of eternity, Nancy Long shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Nancy Long farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Anna Chen (Kan Yat Chen) and Kan Yat Chen; and her brother Alexander Chen. She is survived by: her daughter Nancy Lee; her son-in-law John Vigna; her sisters, Diana Mao, Grace Mao and Margaret Lung (family: Monica, David Ilett); and her sister-in-law Stella Chen.
A memorial service was held on Sunday, November 10th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Richmond Funeral Home (8420 Cambie Rd., Richmond, BC V6X1K1).
In lieu of flowers, and in honour of Nancy's decades of service as a neonatal nurse, the family invites donations to the BC Women's Health Foundation (http://www.bcwomens.ca) for women's and newborn health.
