It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marilyn Mabel Simpson (Richmond, British Columbia), born in Edmonton, Alberta, who passed away on September 12, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Jack. She is survived by: her children, Greg (Kathy), Dave (Vicky) and Lisa (Chris); her grandsons, John (Wesley), Derek (Mandy), Tony and Jason (Lindsey); and her great grandchildren, Lydia, Ellie and Carlie. She is also survived by many cousins, in-laws and special life-long friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be much appreciated.

“Marilyn and Jack were the best neighbors we had for over 18yrs. We live right across the street and a smiling Jack would be waving his cane to say hello. I had my Mother also at the stroke club and saw how caring Marilyn was and not just looking after Jack, but to everybody else. We do miss her.”
