He was predeceased by: his parents, Orise and Aristide; his siblings, Noelie, Anna, Irene, Isabel (Phil), Omers, Alfred (Lucy), Arthur (Lorna) and Adrien; and his brother-in-law Oliver.

He is survived by: his wife Pauline; his daughter Debbie Edwards; his grandchildren, Andrew (Brianne), Jeffrey and Sarah; his great grandchild Nova; his siblings-in-law, Laurette, Therese, Sue (Conn) and Phil (Martina); and also, Marie, Leo (Irma) and Frank (Shirley). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
