She is survived by: her husband Ken Cook; her brother Ron Kruk (Paula); her nephew Steven; her niece Sonja; her daughter Karen Cook (Charles Henwood); her grandson Mitchell Semchyshen; her daughter Tracy Somerville; her granddaughter Tori Dragonwyck (Max); her nephews, Ed, Tony and Ryan Rosinski; and her niece Dr. Natalee Rosinski Andrews.
