She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Moritz; and her parents, John McElwee and Margaret McElwee. She is survived by: her siblings, Jane (Wayne), Cathleen (Nathaniel), Megan (Chris), Allen and Shelley; and also, Iona, John, Lexie and Stephanie.
In lieu of flowers donations in Joan's memory to the B.C. Cancer Foundation or the Salvation Army Rotary Hospice House, Richmond, would be welcome.
