She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer McNelly and Lucy McNelly. She is survived by: her husband Harry West; and her children, Joanne (Ron Kopetski), Jeanette (Richard McCart) and Stanley. She is also survived by extended family including seven grandchildren, six great grandchildren and many, many dear friends.
A celebration of life was held on Sunday, January 12th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Sandman Hotel (940 Chew Rd, Quesnel, BC V2J6R8).
